Gua Tahi Bintang named after the formation resembling a meteor shower falling from above, showcasing the natural erosion features on its cave walls. It is definitely a show cave for you to enjoy the beauty of the cave formations and interesting cave walls along the way.

Carved as nearly straight sharp incisions, these markings are prominent on walls facing massive limestone. Most of these incisions measure between 10cm to 30cm in length, some even longer, aligning vertically with each other.

The groove sections of the incisions are stained with a brownish color, containing traces of phosphate. The overall structure creates a depiction of a sky landscape showered with star droppings or a meteorite shower.

The origin of this feature is challenging to interpret, but observations suggest a possible connection with extensional faults in the limestone body.
